The 10 Car Sharing Rules
- Be a good neighbor, clean the car after use. Or be charged a cleaning fee of $50.
- Report all damage or you'll be liable for damage.
- No smoking, vaping, or drug use in the car. Offenders will face immediate termination and a fine.
- Do not drive the battery to 0 miles. You will be charged for the tow to an EV charger.
- Pets are welcome, but only in carriers and if you clean after your pet. Any damage or excessive dirt due to pets will incur additional fees.
- Do not exceed speed limits. Members caught speeding will face penalties or membership suspension.
- At end of rental, ensure the car is parked in designated BlueLA spots only. Only take 1 parking space. Illegal parking fines will be passed on to the member.
- NO bookings over 12 hours; promptly communicate any issues ending your booking. Late returns without prior notification will incur late fees.
- Respect local laws and ordinances. All traffic or parking tickets received during your reservation are your responsibility.
- Use the car responsibly and safely. Any reckless behavior or DUI will lead to immediate membership termination.
